Master of Science in Business
with a Concentration in Human Resource Management
The Master of Science in Business with a human resource management and industrial relations concentration is designed to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the field and its problems and opportunities. The curriculum focuses on the dynamics of an ever changing field from a local, national, and international perspective. The ultimate objective of the program is to prepare students for a career in human resource management and industrial relations.

Foundation Courses
Students must complete the four foundation courses (0 to 12 credit hours) listed below. At the time of application, all undergraduate and graduate transcripts will be reviewed to determine if the following courses may be waived. Waivers of foundation courses only occur when a student has completed the required graduate course or undergraduate equivalent courses with at least a "B" grade.
