Financial Aid

A variety of financial aid is available to eligible students. For more information about assistance programs and how to apply, please contact the VCU Office of Financial Aid at 804-828-6669 or visit the Financial Aid website at http://www.vcu.edu/enroll/finaid.

Master's Assistantships. The VCU School of Business offers a limited number of graduate assistantship positions to full-time students pursuing graduate degrees in VCU programs. Graduate assistantships provide partial tuition and fee coverage, as well as a weekly stipend for hourly work complete in an assigned business department or office. Doctoral Assistantships. Assistantships for doctoral students provide full tuition and fee coverage and a monthly stipend for work completed in an academic department of the School of Business.

Scholarships. Other scholarship opportunities exist for students after they have completed at least one semester of study in a VCU School of Business graduate program. More information and applications are available at: http://www.business.vcu.edu/scholarships

Student Organizations

The Business and Development Club is a student-run organization exclusively for VCU graduate business students. The group supplements the VCU graduate business school experience through events such as industry guest speakers and employer information series, as well as other relationship-building professional and social events.

The organization also provides students an opportunity for university and community involvement to assist in development of leadership and other skills that will be useful in their future careers.

R.A.M.S. (Rams for the Advancement of Management Studies) is a student run organization dedicated to supporting the research and education related endeavors of our students pursuing graduate degrees in business.

R.A.M.S. brings in speakers, funds student brown bag presentations, and subsidizes conference travel related to student presentations.
